Tasting Notes
Rich, attractive dark plum red colour. The nose shows lifted, aromatic, blackcurrant and raspberry fruits along distinctly varietal cabernet and merlot characters of savoury oak and spice

Cellaring Potential
Drink now, although with the screw cap wine closure I am confident the wine will live to be full and rich for at least the next 5 years.

Suggested Food
Roast Chicken, duck and chilli hot strong curries.
